Shipping policy

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after they have been dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on location.

• Pre-Orders: Items available for pre-order require a minimum of 10-12 working days for dispatch. However, the timeline may extend to 20-25 days depending on customs and logistics conditions in India. Pre-orders are non-refundable in case of cancellations.

• Shipping Charges & Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

• Order Cancellations & Refunds:

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

 If an order is cancelled by us or lost in transit, the full order amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded.

COD Orders Policy:

• To minimize fake orders, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹199 is required for COD orders.

• If a COD order is cancelled or rejected upon delivery, the advance amount will not be refunded.

• Customers who cancel a COD order may not be eligible for COD on future purchases to prevent misuse.

• Delivery Contact: Our courier partners will attempt to reach you at the contact number provided. Failure to attend calls may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
