Refund policy

Items purchased in SALE/DISCOUNTS will not be returned or exchanged.


Exchange Process:

1. Initiation: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the reason for the exchange.

2. Condition: The item must be unused, with the seal intact which is provided by us on every article and accompanied by the original bill.

3. Video Proof: Share a video of the product being packed for return as proof.

4. Return Pickup: Once we receive the required video and details, our team will arrange the pickup.

5. Exchange Shipping: The replacement will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item.

6. Payment: An exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable for the first item, followed by ₹100 for each additional item.

7. Processing Time: The complete exchange process may take up to 15 days. 

• If exchanging for a different size, mention the required size.

• For exchanges involving different products, provide details of the desired item.

8. Once your exchange is accepted we will share you the instruction on how & where to send the package.Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Returns Policy 

We offer returns only in exchange for a credit note valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns will only be accepted if the special seal provided by us is intact.

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original condition.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• An unpacking video of the product is required.
  

• An exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable for the first item, followed by ₹100 for each additional item.

• For any return raise a request on contacthouseofsosha@gmail.com. Any delay in sending the article your refund will not be accepted.

Return Process:

3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup.

4. Credit Note Issuance: After receiving and verifying the product, a credit note valid for 30 days will be issued.

5. Once your return is accepted we will share you the instruction on how & where to send the package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
   

Note: Refunds are not provided—only credit notes can be used for future purchases.

           No return is applicable on sale/discounted products.

Damage Policy

We take utmost care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contacthouseofsosha@gmail.com with an opening video and clear photos of the issue.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

• Minor variations in colour or fabric texture due to lighting and screen resolution will not be considered as damage.

NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED, We only offer store credit.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit as per availability.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED IF THE SECURITY SEAL IS MISSING OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH.
